The Yankees down swanky Kings Road in London may have spent eye-watering amounts of cash on 47-year contracts for enough players to fill three squads but it seems they also acquired the bargain buy of recent seasons. Cole Palmer left champions Man City for a variety of whispered reasons but quickly evolved into an excellent working cog at Chelsea. Or rather the excellent cog working Chelsea. He is in a class of his own and desperately hoping his Blues end this term above City to leave them with some homework to do over the summer.
